A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens

"On Christmas Eve, Scrooge sits in his house with not a kind word for anyone; he just wants to be left alone until the “humbug” of Christmas is over. But four ghostly visitors—his former business partner, followed by the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Christmas Present, and Christmas Yet to Come—show him the error of his ways, and by the time Christmas Day dawns, Scrooge is a changed person." -Goodreads.com

A Christmas Carol is one of those stories that everyone knows, from all the movies, plays, and of course the book. I'm pretty sure I read this before but it's one of those that I think I read but not 100% sure that I did, so I decided to read it again. And it was so good reading it, in a way I was actually able to picture the ghosts better reading them but in my head they weren't like in the movies/plays I've seen of it which I thought that was cool, also reading it really makes me want to go reread Charles Dickens' other books, since last time I read them was with the lovely high school reading list.

4 stars.
